Extremely happy with Dr. Lykins and his staff!! From start to finish my experience was excellent. I had a complicated 2 hour nose surgery and the results have been fantastic!! I tend to bleed a lot and had excessive bleeding the next day. I called the next day and Dr. Lykins saw me immediately!!

Poor bedside manner - barely spent any time examining and brushed off any concerns as if his time was being wasted

Patient

Our daughter was seen in March and Dr. Lykins suggested tonsillectomy. Our insurance denied the original request due to not enough information. Since then we have called multiple times and the office staff keeps suggesting that they are waiting to hear on the appeal claim and medical records for our pediatrician. Neither one has actually received contact from Dr. Lykins office staff, there has been no appeal to the insurance company or our pediatrician. Our pediatrician suggest 2nd opinion.

Patient

I called in for my first appointment on 05-23-2016 for an appointment because I am having symptoms of Sinusitis. I spoke with Jaime, the office manager. She asked for my email address in order to send the patient paperwork ahead of time for me to fill out. I still have not received the email with the patient paperwork and the problem I have is this: If the office manager can't get it right, what else will go wrong? I'm finding another office for my medical needs. Time management

I?ve taken both my father and son to see Dr. Lykins and he?s helped them both tremendously. My father had a strange ear fungus that caused excessive buildup of wax-like stuff. It took a couple visits to diagnose that but once diagnosed, doctor Lykins treated it successfully with some antifungal drops. With my son, he had enlarged adenoids and doctor Lykins removed them in a very simple procedure and now my son?s quality of life is so much better.
