My experience with Dr. Rosner was an extremely poor one. When he entered the exam room he began talking to me in the third person. I was totally perplexed until I finally realized he was speaking aloud to record on a device attached to his belt for later transcribing. At one point he pushed a lighted tube up into my nose. There was no spray anesthetic nor did he prepare me for what he was going to do. It was painful, I said, “Ow!” and flinched. He appeared perturbed by this and said crossly, “We’ll, if you’d put your head back on the headrest it wouldn’t hurt so much!” I was chastised for experiencing pain! I couldn’t believe it! At this point I just wanted to get out of there! It was like being on an assembly line as he rushed through the exam to hurry me out for the next ‘victim’. His manner was curt and it seemed he’d rather be doing anything but. I will NEVER go back to Dr. Rosner. His bedside manner leaves a LOT to be desired.

I waited as a new patient for two hours in an overcrowded waiting room. When I was finally taken, it was run like an assembly line. The doctor was flitting from room to room and I could not even ask questions because he was running around so much. He gave me medication which did not work and did not ask to see me again. Rude staff, as well. I will not be returning.

I have been a patient of Dr. Rosner twice. The first was for Head and Neck cancer. Without his excellent diagnostic skills I my not have received treatment until it was too late. More recently I had a thyroid concern. Dr. explained all my options clearly. I was scheduled for surgery promptly and all went fine. I am very pleased that he is my doctor and believe him to be a great physician and caring person.

Office was very small and schedule was overbooked. Waited in the hallway on the floor with my young son for over 2 hours. Dr Rosner was great but his staff was extremely rude and unprofessional when it came to booking surgery. Found another Dr in Pawleys Island.

First of all, there were too many patients scheduled at one time. There was standing room only in the waiting room. I felt as if I was herded in and that the Doctor only glanced at my ears and throat. I had to sit in a chair in the lab room to wait for a diagnosis and felt as if he was flippant about the ringing in my ears. More or less, I was told it was not medical and just a nuisance and to turn a TV on at night to help me sleep. The receptionist was the only nice staff member.

Dr. Rosner is a great doctor. He listens to your symptoms and then takes what YOU WANT into consideration when developing a plan for you. I could not be more happy with results (Sinus surgery, haven't been able to breathe out of my nose since I was 10. He has absolutely changed my life.

I would never see Dr. Rosner again. I feel like if you are a pediatric ENT you treat both the child and parent. I was forced to hold my child down while she looked at me and screamed bloody murder, and told "don't let her kick me". Very rude. I will not return.

the office on glenns bay road feels like an abandoned building. his staff overbooks so if you don't want to spend your entire afternoon sitting in his office..find another dr. the office is so small, there are no chairs to sit in. patients have to sit on the floor in the hallway. totally unprofessional as the first time we went there we waited 90 min. walked out of the last appt. stop overbooking and move to a bigger office!

Very rude doctor. I would not recommend anyone to him. Moved his office several years ago and my husband had an appointment with him but no one ever called to say he had moved to, they just put a note on the door that he had move. Did a medical proceedure on my husband without consulting with me first , then put him on a floor at GSMC that no nurse knew how to take care of. I stayed with my husband for 24 hours taking care of what he did to him, he later died because of complication from this.

Dr. Rosner is an excellent doctor who will tell you exactly what is going on and exactly what needs to be done in a way that is very understandable and also done in a very nice respectable way as well. Myrtle Beach and our entire county should be very thankful to have such a high quality doctor who knows his stuff and is highly regarded and respected by many of his peers in the medical field as well as the very many patients he has seen and helped over the years who speak the same way.

His office was extremely rude and blamed it on being short staffed. I was hung up on 4 times after waiting on hold for over 15mins.
