Disappointed mom – Aug 20, 2019
My daughter had a deviated septum repaired. After she continued to have issues with no solution from Dr Brettschneider, she sought another opinion from a board certified ENT from an adjacent county. He was shocked to find Dr Brettschneider didn’t remove a large bone spur. He said the spur was so large it had been there for years.

The Dr. Recently treated me for severe ear infection that left me deaf in one ear. After about 2 months I am now hearing well enough that I won’t require a hearing aid. I am very pleased with the care and expertise I experienced at this office.

First, let me start out by saying I don't have an issue with the work that was performed by Dr. BrettSchneider on my nose; he did a great job fixing the issue I had in that respect. With that said my issue's came to his office methods of billing and patient care. I am an epileptic; he knew that as they ask you each time you goo in there to fill out your health condition and whats bothering you. That said I was given an antibiotic that lowered my seizure medicine threshold and crash my car.

Seemed very caring. He spent a lot of time with me on my visit and was very easy to talk to. It was not just an in and out visit. He explained my condition and what the procedure was, so I could easily understand what he was talking about.
