Dr. Trenkle is the kindest doctor I have ever had. He really took the time to explain to me the procedure I need, and made me feel so comfortable every step of the way! I ended up getting a tonsillectomy surgery and I am so happy I was in the hands of Dr. Trenkle!

My appointment & surgery was with Dr Ahmed Maki, his group was efficient and compassionate. Dr. Maki completely made me feel at ease with the procedure he did. His office personnel are very good with the patient especially Tania (in eligibility) Susie and Melly. I have recommended my sister and will recommend others.

Patient

I had a septoplasty and turbinate reduction surgery done and they did a fantastic job. It was my first surgery ever so I was more nervous than normal but they're great customer service calmed me down a lot. I recommend them to anyone!

Patient

Dr. Trenkle and his staff are a young group of dynamic professionals that helped me resolving a terrible Sinus related recurring headache that was making my life miserable! In the process, with a fast and painless surgery, they also rectified a deviated septum and now i breathe like a baby! The only minor issue is that, being so successful, the schedule is quite packed so obtaining an appointment maybe a bit of an issue, but in an emergency they were very fast in accommodating my needs. Thanks.

Even after I have made several attempts to consult with Dr. Trenkle, I have only been seen by his PA. Be prepared for the roundabout! If you want to be pro-active with your health issues, I recommend consulting with a private ENT specialist and pay his out of pocket fee. An ENT has the leverage...Read More

Patient

Dr Trenkle wasn't helpful at all. They charged me for the visit in advance without even seeing the doctor. The PA didn't know much about the problem I came with. Then Dr Trenkle came in. He said it wasn't his specialty and they would refund the money that I had paid upfront. In the end they didn't refund anything saying that I wasted doctor's time. I left the office very upset. I didn't receive a consultation, I was charged for nothing and on top of that I had to listen to very rude manager

Patient

I arrived earlier than the appointment time. The receptionist could not find my appointment and my personal information. She finally let me stay. But I waited two hours and 15 minutes before I was called in. The receptionist explained they had a delayed procedure. But why did patients arrived much later were called in before me? I saw Dr. Trenkle in and out in the work area. But I ended up seen by his PA. He never showed up in my room explain why he couldn't see me or just say hello.
