I was referred to Dr. Sohdi by Dr. Christopher Finlay here in Scottsdale Arizona for significant pain near my right rotator cuff. I was very impressed by his staff and mostly by Dr. Sohdi in general. He has a fun personality and puts you at ease with his easy style of communicating. After 4 quick X-Rays and an in-clinic Ultra Sound it was determined I had indeed torn my rotator cuff (an old injury) and that my body had been storing calcium and mineral deposits in the tear making it extremely painful to lift my right hand over my head without grimacing from the pain. Dr. Sohdi performed a quick procedure to break up and remove the mineral deposits. He sent me home with with an RX for an anti-inflammatory pain med to help with the soreness which was to follow from the procedure. It's day two after the procedure (which took less than 45 minutes) and I can not believe how much better I feel! I can lift my arm over my head, can put it behind my back, all without pain. Miracle!

He is very professional, knowledgeable, took the time to explain in detail my issue, also he has a sense of humor. I saw him a year ago, I had a great experience that I went back to him for another issue on my other hand. I would totally recommend him, his staff is very friendly, especially the man from Mexico.

I recently broke both my arms and needed to find a hand surgeon. I found Dr Sodhi from online reviews and want to write about my experience. Dr Sodhi is an excellent surgeon – very cautious and sets expectations about what can go wrong, as well as recovery time. He also was mindful of the aesthetic result of using pins vs plates. His staff is to be commended for doing great job getting insurance and billing taken care of on a last minute surgery. They were always available to answer my questions and the office has very flexible hours. I highly recommend Dr Sodhi and his staff

My trigger finger was causing me a great deal of discomfort and I was recommended to Dr. Sodhi for treatment. He and his staff were wonderful! Everything was explained to me in detail and I felt very much appreciated as a patient. I knew I had chosen the right physician! 3 weeks later, after a successful trigger release surgery, my finger is no longer "triggering" . I want to commend Dr. Sodhi and his staff for their wonderful professional care and TLC! -S. Warner

I had extensive repair of my shoulder, and 6 weeks later I slipped on ice and fell directly on that shoulder. I immediately called the office and saw Dr. Sodhi 5 days later. Informed him I knew I tore my Rotator Cuff again and requested an MRI. He felt my range of motion was adequate and continuously denied my MRI request for 4 months. Finally my pain Mgmt Dr. ordered The MRI, and the findings showed a LARGE Rotator Cuff Tear that had ATROPHIED! NO SURGERY CAN REPAIR MY SHOULDER NOW!!

I trust his ability to do his very best. He always let me know he's NOT God, and with that being said he was humble and yet very driven to give all the surgeries 6 of them his best so that I might regain the use of my dominant arm. I would and have trusted him with my child after she had a injury..... trust is a big part when your life and everything about it is in the balance. Thank you Dr. Sodhi

Never had a Doctor lie to me more in my entire life. Had surgery june 2nd and still struggling 2 months later Mri comes back i still have a torn supraspinatus tendon. Dr sohdi tells me everything is fine nothing wrong. radiologist suggests i get a 2nd opinion. I do and i still have a tear. He never repaired it in surgery! he lied about cutting bicep tendon which he did, when he said he didnt and he said he repair supraspinatus tendon and he never did. He set me back almost 1.5 years in recovery.
