I met with Dr. Zumsteg yesterday. This was my first visit to the office. From the moment I entered the office suite, I had a great visit. Everyone treated me with respect, addressed me by my name. The doctor was very through in his examination and his explanations were through and offered me all of my treatment options. I am a Health Care Professional so I have high expectations of the providers I see. I also utilize the information on Health Grades to assist me in making good choices. I have never been disappointed

We are very pleased with the responsiveness of Dr. Zumsteg. He thoroughly explained our son’s injury and the surgical treatment required. Dr. Zumsteg clearly understands the importance of taking care of the entire patient. He not only skillfully performed surgery, he also put our son and family at ease with his calm, thoughtful manner.

Exceptional communication, patience, & respect. I was extraordinarily anxious, about the injury's implications on my life, & especially on a specific phobia involving diagnosis & potential treatment. A model doctor in whole-care. Never laughed or rolled eyes, he took time to help enable me to receive appropriate care. I was so nervous relief didn't sink-in @ review: he pointed out surgery is a big deal, not to be taken lightly or rushed to: imaging indicated conservative treatment should work
