I saw Dr Latorre 4 years ago for a parotid mass. I found him to be very pleasant and attentive, and he actually listened to me and considered my concerns. He referred me to a doctor at Moffitt's Head and Neck Clinic and told me he would send his own mother there. That gave me confidence and I did indeed like the new doctor. My mass became malignant 3 years later and I had successful surgery to remove it. I'm thankful to Dr Latorre for seeing me initially, and for the excellent referral.

Dr. Latorre is an absolute life saver to me!! I had years of polyps, sinus infections and contact headaches! At my first visit a plan was in place for balloon dilation and polypectomy which was schedule fairly quickly! Little to no pain during the procedure and back doing my everyday activities in less than a week! 5 months later I am polyp free, headache free and living a much happier life! I can breathe!!! The man is my hero!!

Can't say enough good about Dr. Latorre & his staff! I went to him because of a swollen lymph node in my neck. He took quick action, scheduling surgery to remove the suspicious node. Again, swiftly diagnosed that it was squamous cell carcinoma. He performed the subsequent tonsillectomy surgery ordered by my oncologist & radiation oncologist. I've now finished my cancer treatments, but will remain under Dr. Latorre's care for a few years to come....and I couldn't feel any more secure!

My experience with Dr. Latorre was and is a very professional one with low wait time and with the confidence that i was getting the best care available. I wish i had known and had my procedure done years earlier.I have already recommended a friend and will do so for others

Dr. is a good sinus surgeon however he doesn't tell you stents he uses is classified as experimental under insurance so you end up with a hefty surprise bill months later. Also doesn't tell you they have steroids in them. He needs to explain procedures and what he uses more clearly. Staff needs some work. They call less then 24 hours to confirm your appointment for the following day. Every place calls at least 2 days prior. They also need to tell you correct the location it's at.

I conducted a search for an ENT and based upon reviews I selected Dr Latorre. I am very happy and satisfied with my choice. All of the staff that I have interacted with our professional and courteous. The wait time is average to none. Dr Latorre as well as his nurse takes his time answers all of your questions with clear demonstration and explanations. He is knowledgeable and experienced and I trust him

My son had severe sinus congestion and had never been able to breathe through his nose. Dr Latorre diagnosed the issue and corrected the structural problems that existed with my son's sinus. The results have been excellent.

Worst experience of my life. Randy informed me after surgery that he had done a bunch of EXTRA. I also informed him after surgery I had a debilitating sense of smell after surgery he told me "your welcome". You should of woke me up and asked before you did "a bunch of extra". Strange that the ct scan before surgery says mild inflammation and no polyps. But you say I had polyp blocking area? Must be a bad radiologist. So thanks for the chronic dry painful infected sinuses. YOU DID THIS!!!

Dr. Latorre is an amazing doctor but his staff needs additional training. When trying to schedule surgery, I am constantly placed on hold for a game of phone tag instead of just letting me speak to the surgery scheduler. Also, the office was made aware several times of the urgency, yet kept telling me they were waiting for insurance auth. A week later, I find out from my insurance company that no auth was ever submitted. My husband now will be seeing another doctor to get the care he needs.

Had turbinate reduction surgery on 7/1/16 to help with my sleep apnea. The Doctor did more to explain my struggles with sleep apnea than anyone I saw in 10 years. The day after the surgery I received a call from his office to see how I was doing and explaining what to expect until my follow up the following week. The call was a Saturday morning and the person calling was actually Dr. Lattore himself!! Great Doctor and actually cares about your struggles with sleep apnea. Highly recommend

Nice Dr. if you can actually see him. I saw him once then another for balloon sinuplasty. I try to see him again and I get calls 1 week prior to my appointments saying he's in surgery that day and I need to see his nurse. No. They make it very inconvenient for you to see the Dr. He needs to plan better. The staff is also rude when you call and argue. They kept telling me I have an important followup appointment when it wasn't. I got argued with yet my records easily prove they are wrong.

Dr. Latorre is a great doctor but in the near year and a half I've been going there his front office staff are terrible. Rude, arrogant, and disrespectful. They act like you are an inconvenience. They say they'll call back and never do. There have been multiple times I've needed antibiotics for tonsillitis or strep and they turn me away on the basis that I can't make an appointment because of my work schedule. Dr. Latorre told me that anytime I had an issue with my tonsils to call for meds.

He is an excellent ENT surgeon and is highly knowledgeable. He is a no nonsense type of doctor who is very straight and to the point.
